Experience the mind calming effects of meditation and learn simple techniques to release tension, reduce stress and re-charge so that life’s many demands feel a little easier to cope with!
Each workshop will include the exploration of the progressive stages of meditation and various preparatory practices e.g. guided relaxation, gentle mindful movement and breathing exercises. I will also explain the philosophy and share some of the potential benefits which make meditation a life enhancer for a growing number of practitioners all around the world. There will be plenty of time for feedback, questions, discussion and suggestions of how to start practising at home.

Situated in the foothills of the wild Cévennes Mountains, this is a magnificent setting in which to stay and practice yoga in the beautiful fully equipped open air space.
I hold full public liability and professional Indemnity Insurance with The British Wheel of Yoga but I recommend that you are covered by your own personal travel insurance for any other losses.
I reserve the right to substitute an alternative yoga teacher whom I have personally endorsed if I am unable to teach on the weekend due to unforeseen circumstancesness. Payment of your non-refundable deposit confirms your acceptance of all these terms.
