Get on your mat and experience the bliss!

Sometimes the hardest thing is to actually get on your yoga mat in the first place. There is always something else ‘more important’ to do. This summer, I have had some of my most blissful practices when I felt the most resistance initially. It really does take discipline to make that step onto your mat but do it knowing that once you do, you will most probably end up having a heavenly stretch and feel rejuvenated like our friend here – aptly named ‘relaxed kitten’!!
